Therapeutic Rehabilitative Massage Services:

All massage treatments are individualized to cater to your body's needs.  Hot stones are used in every treatment at no additional charge.  Therapist utilizes many different therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to: Swedish massage, deep tissue, Myofascial release, trigger point, Ashiatsu, Bowen, active and passive stretching, and Reiki.  Cold stone therapy may be used to treat minor inflammation and injury as needed at no additional charge.

Yomassage™ Classes:

Yomassage™ uses mindfulness, restorative poses, and therapeutic touch to bring massage to a class setting.  Yomassage™ was created to bring massage therapy to those who may be unable to afford full body massage treatments on a regular basis, those who may be uncomfortable getting undressed, as well a way to introduce massage to those unfamiliar or unsure about massage therapy.  Yomassage™ classes are small, with only 3-5 slots available per class, dependent upon the location you choose to attend.  Your Yomassage™ therapist will provide all equipment.  Each session includes a mindfulness meditation, supported restorative poses which are held for 5-8 minutes, and hands-on light to medium pressure massage techniques that will leave attendees feeling a sense of deep relaxation.

Chair Massage Services:

A relaxing and rehabilitative experience in which clients are fully clothed and seated in a massage chair. Therapist will utilize a variety of techniques including but not limited to:  Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Bowen, Myofascial release, and ashiatsu to help soothe sore muscles, assist in rehabilitating injury and body dysfunctions.

Additional Services:

• CBD Massage*: high quality CBD oil is used during your massage treatment to ease muscular soreness  $15.00                   *(Our scheduling app has this treatment offered as "pain relieving massage oil" due to federal restrictions regarding text messaging containing reference to CBD)

• Kinesiology Taping: Kinesiotape is applied to areas of the body with severe dysfunction or injury to assist in rehabilitation of muscles, increase range of motion, and speed recovery $25.00

Payment types accepted: cash, check (make checks payable to Seana Mohr), all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, G-Pay, Apple Pay, and Zelle. Attendees for Yomassage™ classes must pre-register online (see scheduling page) and must pay in advance.  Gift certificates available.
