POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
• Masks are no longer required.  Your practitioner will mask upon client request.

• A COVID-19 waiver will need to be signed by the client at the time of booking.

• If you are sick, or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or cold/flu, please reschedule. Please expect at any time your practitioner may have to cancel their day and your appointment if they are experiencing symptoms or receive a report of a positive test.  Your patience is greatly appreciated. This is for the safety of all.

• Waiting areas are now open and arranged to promote social distancing.  Please have a seat in the waiting area upon arrival and your practitioner will be with you shortly.  If no practitioner is on-site upon your arrival, please call or text your practitioner.

• All items, surfaces and tools (such as hot stones, tables, doorknobs, payment platform, etc.) that the client comes in contact with or was used by the practitioner will be disinfected before and after your appointment using medical grade disinfecting products.

• Contact-less payment is preferred however, we are accepting all standard forms of payment.

 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $40.00 for your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged $40.00 for their “missed” appointment.

 

Gift cards are non-refundable, however are always transferrable to another party.  Cash back is not available for unused gift card balances.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
